This is my all time favorite! Jumbo butterflied shrimp seared to perfection with shallots, garlic, lemon, white wine, parsley and a pinch of parm. A top of garlic toasted Crostini for mopping up all the deliciousness.
Classic Clams Casino
I know it’s old school but some things are better left unchanged. Succulent Cherry Stone Clams baked with butter, garlic, wine, bread crumbs and pimento. Topped with Bacon.
Chicken Parmesan Bites
Crispy panko chicken bites with parsley and parmesan. Fried and placed on mouth sized crostini with zesty homemade marinara, topped with mozzarella cheese. Baked to golden brown. Bet you can’t eat just one.
