What’s included in the cost of a private chef experience?

Every private chef experience includes custom menu planning with Chef George, grocery shopping, cooking, serving, and clean up. A deposit covering the estimated grocery cost is required to reserve your date. Gratuity is not included.

What is the process for planning the menu?

Simply reach out to Chef George to reserve your date, tell him about your group, and begin planning your menu. We’ll work together to create a menu around your likes, dislikes, and vision for the event.

What areas do you serve?

Blue Ridge Cabin Cuisine serves all areas within a 20 mile radius of Blue Ridge, GA. If your event will be held outside of our service area, we’re still happy to help, but a travel charge will be assessed based on distance and travel time.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your booking, we request a deposit for the estimated cost of groceries with the remaining balance to be paid at the close of your event. Your final invoice will reflect the quoted price per person, minus your grocery deposit.

How do I reserve my date?

To reserve your date, reach out to Chef George to confirm availability and start planning your menu. Once your menu is finalized, a deposit covering the estimated cost of groceries is required to secure your booking. Please note that delays in communication during this process may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

What is your rescheduling and cancelation policy?

You can adjust your date one time without any additional charges, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 2-weeks notice. Rescheduling or canceling an event within 2-weeks of the original date may forfeit your initial deposit for the estimated cost of groceries. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
