Hungarian Potato

This is my German Grandma’s recipe from my Dads side. My father in his early years was a Chef in the Navy during the Korean War. He was on the U.S.S Pritchett Navy Destroyer. He made this soup my entire child hood and it was the most pure taste and consistency of potatoes you could imagine. Lots of onion and Paprika make this super savory yet also smooth and pleasing to the palette. In the end I scratch off homemade Spaetzle into the soup for a quick 2 minute cook and it’s ready.

Roasted Tomato

More of a bisque full of earthy flavors. Roasted Roma tomatoes, garlic, onion, thyme, basil and blended smooth for a rich silky finish. Topped with basil crema.

Very Classic New England or Manhattan Clam Chowders

One silky and creamy, and one slightly spicy with a rich savory  tomato flavor. Both stocked with tender clams, potatoes, celery, onions and fresh herbs.

Salads

Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese

Beautiful roasted red beets sliced and piled high in between layers of tart, soft and creamy Goat cheese. We then drizzle a Honey, thyme balsamic glaze. Finished with roasted crushed walnuts.

Sweet & Spicy Mango 

Baby spring mix greens piled high and lavished with ripe sweet mango, coriander, basil, mint, chili flakes, red onion, lemon, olive oil and peanuts.

Roasted Sweet Potato and Burrata

Sweet potato half roasted with olive oil and salt & pepper, topped with a creamy burrata, roasted walnuts, basil and a sage pesto.

Pecan, Baby Kale, & Parmesan

Beautiful, flavorful fall dish. Baby kale leaves torn and marinated with fresh crumbled parmesan, pecan, radish, avocado & bacon in a savory apple cider and Dijon vinaigrette.

Confit Garlic Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese

This classic wedge combines crunchy iceberg and cherry tomatoes, and red onion. With confit garlic and crispy bacon in a house made bleu cheese dressing.
