Classic Eggs Benedict

Beautifully poached eggs atop country ham, on an English muffin. Topped with a rich, lemony hollandaise.

Smoked Salmon Spoon Pastries

Fluffy spoon shaped pastry with olive oil & sesame seeds. Holding delicate slivers of smoked salmon, topped with dill infused cream cheese.

Shrimp and Asparagus

Gentle seared shrimp atop of sautéed asparagus with a miso/Asian-inspired sauce

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad

Roasted Golden & Purple Beets with Goat Cheese. Mixed Greens, Red Onion and Roma Tomatoes. Tossed in our Honey Vinaigrette   

Italian Chopped Salad

Salami, Provolone, Celery, Baby Cucumber. Black Olives, Red Onion, Artichoke, and Chickpeas. Tossed in a Zesty Italian Vinaigrette. Served in a Romain leaf.

With a base of Garlic, Butter, and Grated Parmesan Cheese. We top it with Artichokes, Spinach, Red Onion and Heirloom Tomatoes

Sicilian Style Flat Bread

Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives and Red Onion. Finished with a Tomato Basil Sauce.

Pesto Flat Bread

Smeared with our House Made Basil Pesto. We top it with Roasted Red Peppers, Black Olives, Red Onion, and Spinach.

Avocado Toast with Truffle Mayo

Starting with a base of Truffle Mayo atop toasted crostini. We blend Avocado, Lime, Green Onion, and Parsley, and top it with Broccoli Rabe, Radish, and Micro Greens.

Avocado Toast and Fried Egg

With Smoked Bacon. Drizzled with Chili Garlic Oil

Made with Provolone, Goat Cheese and Mozzarella. Served on Thinly sliced Italian Bread. Seared to a Golden Finish

Crab Cake with Lemon and Dijon Remoulade

Blue Lump Crab mixed with Shrimp Mousse. Coated in a delicate Panko Crust. Topped with Two Large Shrimp and Lemon Remoulade.
