Our Easy Booking Process

1. Complete the booking request form below and watch for an email from BlueRidgeCabinCuisine@gmail.com.
   Chef George will reach out by email within 24 hours to confirm availability, provide a preliminary estimate, and outline the next steps to finalize your reservation. If you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. You can also call or text Chef George directly at (706)258-7555 to ensure that your request has been received.
2. A $250 deposit secures your booking.
   Chef George will send you a secure link to pay your $25o deposit. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. The $250 deposit comes off your total, with the remaining balance will be due at the close of your event, after services have been rendered.
3. Complete our Menu Planning Questionnaire, then work directly with Chef George to plan your menu and finalize the details.
   Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a link to our Menu Planning Questionnaire where you can tell Chef George about your group’s likes, dislikes, and any special dietary needs. Then, you’ll work directly with Chef George to create a completely personalized private chef experience designed around your group.

Blue Ridge Cabin Cuisine serves most private homes, cabins, and vacation rentals in Mineral Bluff, Morganton, and Blue Ridge, GA. We may also serve Cherry Log, Epworth, McCaysville, Blairsville, Suches, Ellijay, GA and other areas within 1 hour of Blue Ridge with an additional travel charge. If you do not have the complete address for your rental yet, please provide the city and the travel distance from Blue Ridge. We must be able to confirm your event location to provide an accurate estimate and finalize your reservation.

• 3 Course Signature Service ($90 per person/4 guest minimum)
• 4 Course Tailored Service ($125 per person/4 guest minimum)
• Hands On, Interactive Cooking Class (Reach out for a custom quote.)
• Private Chef Catering with Buffet Service (Starts at $60 per person. 12 guest minimum/50 guest maximum.)
• Private Dining Experience for Two ($500 per couple)

Grocery costs and gratuity are not included in the per-person service fee. You will be charged separately for the actual cost of the groceries for your chosen menu, with no markup. This transparent approach gives you more flexibility to choose a menu that fits your tastes, budget, and occasion.

Chef George did a fantastic job for my mom’s birthday dinner. All the ingredients he picked were extremely fresh and you could see how much care he put into each dish! He took the time to explain each dish and why he chose what he did, he worked with my dad on creating a menu and blew the experience out of the park. Couldn’t be more thankful and impressed! Will be contacting him again for an event like this.
