“Our family of 4 adults and 2 children rented a cabin in Mineral Bluff and planned a personal chef evening with Chef George, owner of Blue Ridge Cabin Cuisine.

From the initial call with Chef George, to the meal planning and menu selection, the process was incredibly simple.

Our 4 course meal was absolutely fabulous. The dinner and food was beyond expectations. From the table settings to the printed menu, each course was served to perfection. Chef George was very personable, passionate about his work and explained each dish he prepared and made the night a truly fun and enjoyable time. Thank you also to Krista for the delicious dessert and her assistance in making this night special. We will definitely seek Chef George out again when visiting this area. A 5 star experience.”

We had Blue Ridge Cabin Cuisine chef cook for our group of nine during our girls’ weekend, and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and made the whole night feel special and effortless. It truly elevated our weekend and gave us a memory we’ll be talking about for a long time.

We had Chef George and Krista with us last week in Jasper, GA area. Chef was very easy to get in contact with and book, worked with us on a creative menu and timeline, arrived on time and were so lovely in person. The food. was. amazing. So thought through and cared for. You can tell it is a passion for Chef George, every sauce, plate, and every bite was made with enjoyment on his end. Krista is a wonderful baker and helped to complete the pair as they served our dinner that night. She was attentive to our tables, cleaned our rental house kitchen probably better than we found it originally! 5++++ stars! Grateful to them.

Whether it is a kid friendly cuisine of grilled cheese and tomato soup for a family picnic or steaks grilled to perfection and topped with a made from scratch steak sauce, George and his team are up for the task.

George and Krista, have prepared meals each day for our week long family reunion including 11 kids and 12 adults. We looked forward to every meal and not one meal disappointed.

George and Krista were timely, but flexible enough to adjust the mealtime if we were late getting in from the lake. They were friendly and a joy to interact with during meals. They cleaned up thoroughly after each meal so we could relax and enjoy time with each other.
